We really loved our rooms. They were not only clean, but they were so welcoming! The decor and the beds elluded comfort and fun. I could say that as well about the staff. Everyone we came in contact with was so helpful, professional and very pleasant. The front desk personnel, when we arrived and when we left, we’re all professional and personable. The location was perfect. We look forward to staying at another pineapple property.

It's only a 5 minute walk to the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass, and Pacific Science Center. There is also a little grocery store a couple of blocks away.
I booked a suite because a kitchen was pictured, but the kitchen was not stocked with dishes. It had a couple of cereal bowls, a mixing bowl, 2 glasses, 2 coffee cups, and some silverware. There was no stove, 2 microwaves, and a lot of wasted space. Had I realized I wouldn't be able to cook in the kitchen anyway, I would have booked a regular room for about $100 less. The pool was tiny and stifling and there was no hot tub. My kids didn't even bother to go swimming.
