Nothing good about the property or the experience and I was charged- ( incorrectly! )
The man behind the desk, was rude, aggressive, discriminated against women, smelled like Weed, among other things, was belligerent, I was charged for my stay even when my booking was FINALLY CANCELLED ! Scam artists! Do not stay here. !

The beds and rooms was very clean and comfortable!
I did not like the fact that the hotel have a pre-authorization hold on your card. I was contacted by Mary (hotel associate) and was told my room would no longer be held unless I pay for one night the day of my check in before the arrival. I informed Mary that I had a no repayment and through booking I was able to pay at the location. Mary was very rude to my family. Once i arrived to the location I was told that I would have to pay the full payment additional to the one night fee from earlier that day. I was overwhelmed and frustrated with this location and I have never had to deal with this!

We liked the location. Around SEVERAL restaurants and close to our destination.
A six night stay with only one refill of towels. OK with that as they had a sign that stated for fresh ones to call the front desk, and they'd be happy to give some. The night before we checked out, we requested new towels and were told they didn't have any until the next am. We had to leave by 445am to catch a flight. Needless to say, we had to use our own AGAIN and travel home with WET TOWELS. VERY FRUSTRATING!@!

The smell around the hotel... I don't know what is used but if smells SO GOOD EVERY DAY that we were there 😉

Very comfortable bed and room was very nice! Didn't even watch the TV.
The shower was the only down side of the room. But still would stay there again. Just creaked alot, with any movement you made while in the shower. Wasn't relaxing unless you stood perfectly still.

Staff very friendly & welcoming. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location was great for shopping , restaurants & fun events for my daughter. Best part their great choices of breakfast always hot and delicious.
My only complaint those toilets are so low to the floor for a tall person it's not comfortable.

I had been coming to Grand Prairie for business off and on from September 2022 to January 2023. I stayed at HolidayInn several times before I discovered this little gem. For the price, you guys were an excellent value. When we found out you don't provide daily cleaning service, and that we had to come to the front desk for clean towels, etc...we understood the lower price for the room. But your service is EXCELLENT. Would definitely stay there again.
super limited breakfast menu. powerdered eggs and sausage link....every single morning. If I stay their again, i'll eat out.

The staff is always friendly and try very hard to accommodate you. When they get it right, it's right but when they get it wrong, it's definitely wrong...
I've stayed here several times and I love the location but some of the rooms have poor plumbing and are in need of an upgrade .

Hotel smelled nice on arrival and desk attendant was polite and friendly.
I brought my dog and walked him often on the grounds as others have done also . However other people did not pick up after their pets.

Nothing honestly at all. It wasn't good experience for the most part
I didn't like the lack of proper quest map direction. I didn't like being pre charged on my credit card six different times ... I didn't like my room nor being cleaned. The breakfast was not properly monitored and the hour window started too early and ended too soon. The phone didn't work in the room. The room lacked provision for a double queen setting towels ect.. I had to request for trash to be emptied and get my own bathroom supplies. I was told three different stories from the lthree different front desk members. Not to mention parking area was dimly lit. So No!!! I would not recommend to anyone else to book a staying there
