Location was great! Access to the beach, pool and parking lot was wonderful! Also, morning walks on Kihei rd was perfect! Very pleased with the location! Grounds keepers were friendly.

Lighting in the kitchen on the ceiling wasn’t working. There was a sign by the light switch letting us know it was Not working. At night, it was an inconvenience.

The location vas excellent! The welcoming food goodies were a much appreciated surprise! Thank you!

Great Location. Room 335 was great - clean and comfortable. Room 242 was not clean - the floor was dirty, and there were a lot of cockroaches, and the A/C cooled the bedroom but not the rest of the unit.

I stayed in 120 and was really happy. nice and spacious m, nice little pool area which was quiet and just a very short walk from the bus stop

Location is fantastic - liked that there is a kitchen and laundry - liked the pool and the BBQ area. Right across from the beach. Also really nice that they left us 2 small cooler bags for lunches etc, and they were stuffed with cookies, chocolates, nuts, chips etc. :)

kitchen definitely needs upgrading - peeling cupboards... sink and tap really old. Bathroom the same - needs updating - very dark in shower and old. Needs new shower curtain. Only had one beach chair. Wish there was more cleaning products on hand so I could keep up with a clean kitchen and bathroom. Wish all the lights had dimmer switches - only the dining room had dimmer. Need dimmer in bedroom especially. In general, the unit has been kind of neglected - but the location is superb, and if you lower your expectations and don't mind a little shabbiness then it's a fine stay.

typical older timeshare rental condo. Bare basics in the unit. Slow internet/tv service. One room A/C. there are unit instructions for renters posted all over the renal. Handicap accessible shower, bottom floor rental, 143.

Location to beach

1. The AC did not work. When I texted the number I was given, I was told to turn the breaker on and off. I Did it two different times. The quick fix didn't work. Asked them to put in a work order. Fell on "deaf ears" 2. The linoleum floors were grimey and dirty. 3. Nobody ever came to clean the floors or fix the AC unit. I specifically picked a unit with AC. 4. There were sugar ants on kitchen counter every morning even though we wiped down the counters after every use and never left food or drink out. 5. I saw 4 big cockroaches throughout my stay. Two made it into kitchen wall or under stove.

Location was great, very nice beaches right in front of the complex and easy access to good restaurants and shops. The place was overall spacious, with two nice rooms and bathrooms and a nice kitchen and living room with balcony.

We were 5 people and the sofa beds were not prepared with sheets when we arrived, and they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. When we arrived, there was some detergent stain from the cleaning team on one bed, so we had to avoid it for a couple nights. There is no staff on site, so all our requests early during our stay took a day to be fulfilled.

Good Cable, good TV's, Good wifi, better than most hotels' wifi.

Hard to get a parking pass since I was going to a meeting down the street was was not there during the 9-5 business hours to in person pick up a pass. Should be able to get it on line or have longer office hours.

The property is just across the street from the beach. It was very convenient to walk across there. The unit had all kinds of amenities, like beach gear and cooking supplies for us to use.

There were a lot of rules about pool use. No toys or floats in the pool, no Marco Polo! I didn’t have small children with me, but it seemed pretty restrictive. We got a notice on our car about being towed if we didn’t get a parking pass, but were never told that we needed a pass. The office manager said he had nothing to do with our type of rental and was there for the people who actually lived in the units. He wasn’t rude, but seemed frustrated to have to assist us. The unit was very warm during the day. The window air units cannot keep up with the two story building and vaulted ceilings.

The beach was close enough to walk, and the shops and restaurants were close. I could have a good time by watching the nice sunset and taking a morning walk on the beach.

As soon as I arrived at the accommodation, I saw so many small ants in the kitchen, Bowl storage and master bedroom, and there was food on the spoon. And there were mold stains on the bed cover, and pink pen stains on the sofa bed cover and pillow cover. I opened the sofa bed, and there were snacks, crumbs, yellow sofa bed covers, and stains...I was so sorry that I had to put the children to sleep. I was tired because I was late check in, but I couldn't rest because I was washing the dishes and cleaning the sofa bed. So the next day, I had to ask the people in charge to replace the ants and sheets. And I had to ask for shampoo and body wash a few days later because I was not good enough to use what I brought because only soap was provided. The location was good, but cleanliness was disappointing.
