the hotel's location for all the tourist attractions is great. The hotel is a 10min walk from olde town trolley's stop 1. The attached Denny's is great for a quick breakfast and parking at the hotel was free, unlike many of the surrounding hotels.
The ac unit in our room was very noisy and once turned on did not turn off. We tried several temperatures and keeping all other settings on auto but it ran all night and you had to shout over it to talk to each other. The positive of the ac noise was that it did mean you couldn't hear cars or people outside.

Location is great if you don't mind walking. Don't have to deal with paying to park.
It is at quieter end of town.
4th time here. Had a bug problem. So 1am I went
to office to change rooms. No bugs. It was cheesy of staff not to follow up next day. Or offer to knock something off my bill for the inconvenience. I will not stay again.
