Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport

Safe, clean & very comfortable, convenient location to airport & the free shuttle was a big plus— & that it ran frequently. The shuttle drivers were awesome. 👏🏼 I really liked that I could go walk by the marsh. I also liked the nice view from my room.

The restaurant, bar & snack shop options were very nice, but ridiculously overpriced. That was very disappointing & annoying. I do want to be sure to sing the praises of the fabulous woman bartender who was working the evening I was there. She gets 5 stars for everything!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 However, the breakfast, which I did very much appreciate was included in the cost of my room, of the food I ate at the hotel, was horrible. It was ridiculously overpriced and unfortunately, unlike the quality of the evening bar food, it was not good quality. It seemed the cook maybe didn’t know what they were doing, and / or didn’t much care. I 1st was given very burnt bacon that never should have been plated. There were greens on the plate with the eggs that were not only wilted, but partially rotten. Pretty unappetizing. The eggs were mediocre. And none of the plating was attractive for how it was presented and served. The wait staff was a mix of some who were kind, attentive and seemed to care & respond. 1 or 2 of the wait staff were maybe w/o much restaurant experience or training or dining room guidance; & / or perhaps lacking the personality & understanding of how to provide pleasant & good restaurant service. The breakfast experience was the worst part of my otherwise quite pleasant experience at the hotel overall.

The hotel made a great base to spend some time in San Francisco, while being close to the airport for an early flight. The free shuttle to the airport made it easy for us to pick up BART to the City and back.

Not a dislike, but just be aware that there is an extra fee at the hotel that doesn't show on the booking. It is a resort fee.

Hotel property was clean and nice.

The hotel charged me additional fees. The lady at the front desk wouldn’t print me a receipt when I checked out so I had no idea that extra fee was there. I thought my booking.com price included any fees. Really ticked about this. I won’t stay there again.
