The Caravelle Resort

First when arriving to check in , I arrived at 4:30pm on 9/12 they couldn't find my reservation it took approximately 2 hrs before they found my reservation. Then when arriving into our room television wasn't working Caravelle (C Tower) . Maintenance came to try and fix the problem which was unsuccessful he tried 6 remotes and neither remotes worked. We then was sent to another room in the C Tower which smelled like mold, . Went back to front desk and explained the second room was smelling moldy. Thanks to Mr Matt the front desk receptionists he was very understandable and apologize for all the mishap and placed us in the Caravelle main building.

I hate parking

On the beach

Did not eat breakfast. The facility was nice.

More than one trash can in the room.

Not much , but it was on the beach

The hallways, and balcony’s and rugs were disgusting. No modern amenities like plugs on lamps by bed, etc
