The staff were so nice!
Booking messed up and I didn’t get 2 beds our first night and the kids had to sleep in the floor. The staff was great and gave us blankets and pillows for them to make a bed in the floor. It was a rough night, but I’m thankful for the help that they gave us. The next morning we got two beds and didn’t have to wait until the afternoon to get our new room. Everyone was very nice and helpful!

Breakfast was delicious and location was absolutely perfect. It was less than 1/2 mile to Gatlinburg strip. Absolutely enjoyed it. Perfect walking distance to Gatlinburg. Beds were so comfortable and staff was nice. Was a little leary when we pulled up and saw that it was an older hotel on outside but was so clean and nice inside. Price was so inexpensive. Will definitely stay here again.
The outside of the hotel looked older so I was a little skeptical when we pulled up but very nice atmosphere inside.
