Captain's Quarters Resort

The rooms were spacious with beautiful views and plenty of seating and sleeping space for our family. I loved the variety of pool options, and having a bar and restaurant on-site was a nice bonus! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my kids absolutely loved their stay. Overall, it was a great family-friendly resort with plenty to enjoy!

My biggest complaints were the cleanliness of the pools and the number of arcade games that were out of order. While I appreciated having several pool options, some of the pool borders had visible buildup and chunks of gunk, which was pretty gross to see. The pools could definitely use more attention when it comes to cleaning and maintenance. It was also disappointing that so many arcade games weren’t working, especially at a family-friendly resort.

Could not get the Wi-Fi to work in the rooms. Did not give the little pamphlet during check in like you used to give out with map and channels etc

I loved the many different pools. The entertainment and karaoke. How close it is to the beach. The animaties.

I didn't like that when we got to the hotel after driving 9 hours after booking out room in advance our room was not ready. We waited over an hour. I know it is time consuming to clean said room. But would have been nice to know before we were physicallly there checking in. We weren't told that the game room would be completely moved and not be able to use our game cards on our last day. My kids were excited about it and couldn't play. And that the staff were suppose to come fix a light fixture and bring toilet paper. Never showed all week.

Not enough bathrooms and a beds wore out
