The room was very clean, but it had only a bed, a mini fridge with a microwave on top, and a nightstand. Again, while it isn't high on my list, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, especially since I only slept there and didn't "hang out" at the hotel.
A chair to use the flip-down countertop under the TV would have been nice. The cost of what was provided did not match. Additionally, the hotel is a little far (which is all relative) to walk to downtown, especially at night.

The rooms were clean.
The size of the rooms were small. The bathroom is exceptionally small. The bed is somewhat stiff. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors all night and morning long.

The WiFi was good. Fridge & freezer worked well. Close to airport & town. Fast food close by. Bed comfortable. Could put small suitcases under bed.
The room was not designed well. The kitchen area was hard to access. In the bathroom, the shower was reversed, so the shower head was at the front where you get out. It was not adjustable. There is a bar to hang onto, but felt off centered. The toilet was low to the ground. Not much room to pack with multiple suitcases.

The room and motel had been recently redone and was very clean and the kitchenette was a nice touch. The evening staff were great.
The bed was as hard as a rock. If you like a firm mattress then it's not a problem. When I complained about this, the morning staff member just told me to come up back when the manager got back. I know the prices for hotels in Jackson are really overpriced, but for the cost of a stay at this hotel the comfort and customer service should be much higher.
