High prices on wine

Great location. Clean rooms and common areas. Friendly check in.

Although beds were comfortable they it felt like the frame was a little weak or loose as it would make noise when I rolled over.

I had to pay twice for the over night parking because my paid ticket didn’t work in the parking garage and I had to pay again on my Credit card

I booked 3 rooms through the website, had a confirmation number and everything. when we arrived to check in, they said they only had one room available for my party, but they still charged my card for three rooms

it says on booking.com and on the hotel website that there is “hottub to relax after a long day” and there is. it. we picked this hotel for that reason. staff was rude when we asked about hot tub.

Seeing stains on the carpet and chair in the room. Used a personal blanket to cover the chair.

Despite being confirmed, my room was given to others, for over-booking. I received no text, email, phone call and learned of it when I checked in at 9PM.

I like that the conference was in the same facility and the room was clean.

The charge of the room was 3 times the value of the block for the conference and we were put in a King with mutiliple ladies that are not of the same family. Our receipt showed a parking fee of $10 and then when we left the garage we were charged another $14 and we had two vehicles so for parking was $48. That is higher than downtown Chicago. The service at check out could care less that we were inconvenienced and didn't say sorry or even look up from the computer screen to listen to us. That was after I waiting in line and had to ask for help.

Great food selection and tasted great. We received complimentary breakfast which was a plus:)

Excellent spot located in the heart of Normal's exciting and fun downtown. Can't wait to go back.

the bar was disappointing, not stocked and bartender was miserable

No continental breakfast provided so we had to spend more than $35 in the restaurant. I've never ever had to do this at any other hotel I've stayed in.

You need to offer at least free coffee and basic pastries for breakfast
