The room was very spacious and clean, including a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, and I slept very well. The room was well stocked with towels, shampoo, and shower gel, and the pool area was pleasant. The woman working the breakfast area was absolutely wonderful and provided the warmest customer service of my stay.

The bathroom had some frustrating design issues. The faucet was so short that the water ran almost directly against the side of the sink, and despite having the shower curtain completely closed, water ended up all over the bathroom floor. I had to put towels down so I wasn’t stepping in water while getting ready. I also would have appreciated a mini snack bar. Breakfast was $11 per person, which I didn’t find worth the price considering the selection and quality. While I was eating outside, a cleaning employee repeatedly dragged lounge chairs around the pool area, which made it difficult to enjoy a few quiet minutes. I also noticed a cigarette butt on the ground. My biggest disappointment, however, was the inconsistent customer service. One receptionist looked directly at me when I said good morning and didn’t acknowledge me at all, and later did the same when I wished the staff a good day. Checkout was easy, but better communication regarding the deposit would also have been appreciated.

Theres nothing to not like about this place everything is beautiful peaceful and zero noise and a beautiful outdoor pool and the people 100% good customer service

We like that it is close to Salt River Fields for spring training. Close to restaurants and shopping too.

We liked it fine 2 years ago. But this time there were a bunch of little league players in the building. Their coaches and parents did not watch them. They ran through the halls, yelling and screaming. They also were playing door bell ditch. We told staff about it but no one seemed to do anything about it. Frustrating because there is a pool the kids could use, and plenty of open space near it. Yet the adults let the kids run wild in the halls!? Not so sure we will be back.
