We greatly appreciated the fact that the rooms were available two hours early for check-in on Saturday. That was a huge help. The breakfast was fine, and we enjoyed it. We particularly liked the balcony feature!
We have no complaints.

Convenient to where we needed to be. Flowers were pretty. Presents well.
While the bed was comfortable, the blanket was absolutely too small for the bed.

Great location on the border of Newport. Room was comfortable and had all we needed.

The front desk manager was exceptionally nice and helpful in getting our luggage to the 2nd floor as there was no elevator. Honestly we weren't expecting much from the facility but felt like it met our needs at a reasonable rate compared to other available hotels.
No elevator and the upstairs hallway smelled a bit musty.
