The staff was very friendly. The free shuttle service they offered was very accommodating, from picking us up at the train station, to taking us to/from downtown, to finally taking us to the airport. The shuttle service and the hotel pricing made for a great value.
Rooms were good but very basic.

Outside Appearance, beds & pillows comfortable, hot breakfast, very clean bathroom (though small), great water pressure, Asian restaurant in lot (closed on Wednesdays), plenty of storage for clothes & luggage, quiet at night, shuttle service, in-room appliances and the staff was pleasant (though we had to ask about a lot of things, like where the ice machine was and then had to get the key) if we needed a pass for our rental (no) and had to figure out how to work the Roku TV plus found the WiFi password on our key card holder.
Location is on the outskirts of downtown so it’s not a place of walkable scenery. Not a place you can sit outside your room. The small plane airport is across the street (only noisy during the day (we were usually gone all day). No screen on the window. Two floodlights were aimed directly into the window instead of downwards and had to have the blackout curtain drawn closed not knowing if it was daylight or floodlights outside. Toilet seat is extremely low in height. And we appreciated the breakfast, but it was always lukewarm at best. The warmers weren’t keeping it hot. It sufficed, we didn’t complain.

We asked for a lower level because stairs are difficult for us and they accommodated us.
The evening shuttle driver was prompt and helpful.
The morning shuttle driver was prompt but sat inside the van and had us load our own luggage into the van in the pouring rain. She also did not get out to help unload at the train station.

Breakfast was pleasant
The key kept failing, which was very annoying since the room was outside and far from reception. The girl from the staff on the second day was unfriendly and cheeky; I almost felt intimidated, when actually she should have said sorry instead of shouting at me. Unpleasant and unacceptable.

"Was there on a weekend so it was quiet. Very clean room & linen and good air con. Short Uber ride to the railway station. Simple but sufficient breakfast"
