Our initial room was not ready, the manager quickly relocated us, We really appreciated that. the beds where not uncomfortable, pillows were ok as well. great value for the cost.

I realize it's no expensive, but with a little more attention to detail this place good be so much better. Has good bones, breakfast was a muffin at best.

Nothing. Was supposed to be non smoking room. The room reeked of cigarette odor. Could not stay because of asthma issues. Immediately went back to front desk and turned in room key and asked for a refund. Was told that we would have to go through reservations.com.

Neighborhood was unsafe. People lounging on stair access to second floor. Asked police who were cruising through parking lot and were told that they frequently have to reply to domestic disturbances at hotel.

I liked that the Ac was really cold

The TV in the room was messed up lines in the screen. The room was infested with German roaches!!!!!

Maids family owned harass you as your packing ur things into tour car at 1055am !! Kids run front desk are not people oriented since they're foreigners!! Went to pool foe my stretching and water therapy, female jid less than 20 yr old told me to " Get out of pool ",You cannot use the pool " You are checked out !! I said I packed up my things ,harassed by your family members as maids and I paid for this room & use of pool! Please get your manager ! Not here she says !! Well call him her father probably, and tell him I like to speak with him. She says No!! Lousy customer service and they bang on your doors if you haven't checked out at exactly 11am !!!!! Even if you ask for late checkout Front desk girl same as coming to kick me out of pool says No , no late checkout Allowed here !!! I explained I need to do water therapy in pool and your breakfast had no food so I had tosearch in my car for some protein bars to eat something!! Delayed my time since they had no breakfast food that I payed for included with room. Bad worst stay at this hotel. No coffee makers,no hangers no iron to use !! Think again before you check-in here!😔☹️☹️☹️☹️

The room is not being swept daily. I believe it should be. There are some items on the floor for over a week. It is not my intention to cause trouble for anyone.

it was convenient to the facility we were attending a wedding. The shower had excellent pressure. There was a full sized refrigerator.

the floors were dirty, the linens and bath towels were stained, the mattress was worn out, there was no coffee maker, the sofa was uncomfortable, the staff could barely speak or understand English
