Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa/Tulsa Hills

Front desk staff was responsive, had to request assistance for a couple matters and my calls were always answered when I rang from my room. She was helpful and kind considering I was flustered. Breakfast was varied and good.

Lack of microwave in the room, I've stopped checking for this detail since most hotels have it by default and it was a pain to have to go all the way downstairs to heat up my food. Additionally, the knob on the bath faucet to move it from bath to shower was stuck and someone had to come up with a tool - not to fix it, but to just leverage it back into shower position. If anyone else depresses the nob then it will require the same assistance, and it required I get redressed. It wouldn't have been as concerning if the person helping me didn't admit that this was a known issue in many rooms, and there doesn't seem to be any long term plans to resolve it.

Excellent check in, cleanliness of room, breakfast and location were important to me.

The location put us close to family and entertainment

The elevator being out or having problems were very annoying.
