Location close to campus
Staff are unhelpful, not all but most. Bar staff ladies were not helpful at all. Stayed here a couple of times, drops down the list every time we stay. Plenty of better hotels in the area. Now Mr. Shoe Shine is always a pleasure to see and talk with.

The staff.
It was over priced. It was supposed to be a 350 sq foot deluxe King suite with a balcony and a view of the river. The first room they put in was a room with two queen sized beds. I paid $294.32 for the room. I could have stayed at Best Western for a lot less and had a better room.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel other than times for the Starbucks.

After booking messed up our reservation, Hilton stepped up and gave us a room. They were very nice and helpful.
The property was good. No complaints.

as my this morning stated concerns of our room. First the toilet handle was broken and ran all night. no one fixed it. secondly the bathroom rt side faucet is broken. feels like it is going to break off when using it. And lastly, the mouth wash was used which was a huge concern for use and the cleanliness off our room

The staff! The rooms were nice and comfy beds.
Breakfast was cafeteria and ok, but the sweetest servers! Would have loved a gluten free option with all those bread type offerings.
The windows were too dirty to see clearly out.
The space between chairs caused people to bump into you passing by at breakfast. Too tight.

Asked for king bed / handicap when reserved months in advance walked into room two queens 🥵 called was told could checkin at 3 arrived at 2;45 did not get room until almost 5 , saw other handicap people walk up was given a key immediately while I sat for 2 hours . Had 2 different reservations for Friday and Saturday night, told me to come Saturday morning check out and checkin for Saturday night which I did at 10;30 am , went to room and card would not work called and they told me they forgot to give card come down and get . I was on 5th floor handicap I said no you bring me one . Guy was rude never apologized. I was given a free drink coupon for not getting king size bed whoooo !! Our classmates had issues to next reunion we will go elsewhere, very disappointed

The location .
We were supposed to have breakfast included and were told twice it was not included. On the last morning a clerk told us we should have had the breakfast vouchers. We also thought we would have a continental breakfast on our floor but it was not available. For the price of the room over the Baylor graduation weekend, this should not have happened.

we heard 3 trains come through during the night. the construction was a mess, but out of the hotel’s control.
