Best Western Plus Bellingham

The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. Everything we needed for our stay.

My own fault, I didn't get to use the great outdoor pool.

We loved the breakfast, and the peace and quiet. We loved sleeping in and no interruptions. It made for a beautiful holiday. Many thanks to all from Best Western Plus! You truly are the best!

Hotel has no dinner restaurant and there are no restaurants for miles for dinner so hopeless if you don’t have a car

Close to the airport

Not up to usual BW standards. The coffee was awful. The staff didn’t tend to business. We called an hour before we needed a shuttle from the airport. They wouldn’t commit. In fact no one was available when we arrived. The front desk guy offered to pay for a taxi but it couldn’t be there for 30 minutes. We found an Uber and BW did reimburse us for that. But no apology. We came back to our room one afternoon to find neither of our key cards worked. We traipsed back to the desk where new cards were made. No apology or explanation. The toilet was way too short. Not even knee high. The drawer in the nightstand was so difficult to open it took two hands. It couldn’t be done without getting out of bed. I reported as we checked out. No apology. I miss the small bottles of shower gel, etc.
