The rooms could be better to make for a more comfortable stay. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable and there were no extra pillows for the pullout bed or blankets. The sheer curtains were tattered and ripped and there was a large running crack on the ceiling. I just wanted to have a good nights sleep after a long hot exhausting day on a comfortable bed and this was not it! Disappointing for the price we paid for our room.

Nice bar and restaurant

Hotel a little run down, rugs looking a little dirty, and bedding and couch felt kind of dirty. Bathroom light 💡 flickering in bathroom kinda felt like a haunted hotel . Most of chairs in dining area and bar need replacement ASAP.

The close proximity to downtown Glendale (the Americana, restaurants, cafes and bars was great). The hotel itself is all suites, and I was set up in a king suite which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if you want access to the freeways to - 20 mins from hollywood and burbank airport, as well as downtown LA.

The price was quite high in comparison to the area you're in - although safe and secure, I don't think $300+ a night for a king suite is that fair but that could just be me. Thanks

I really enjoyed the location of this hotel, and I really loved the breakfast in the room. It was awesome except for the restroom. The bathtub could’ve been cleaner it was extremely stained and I did not like the pool area or the Jacuzzi and stuff was in the gym area. It was not maintenance very well. The pool was murky and dirty and it was a parent that there was an issue with the filters as well and the Jets

I did not like the pool area, the gym area or the Jacuzzi area. It was extremely dirty the water was murky and horrible. It was a good temperature. It’s just it was dirty so it’s suck there was hair and ill kinds of dirtiness. It I did not like the pool area, the gym area or the Jacuzzi area. It was a waste because I was the main reason why I picked this hotel and it was dirty and disgusting, so it kind of sucked but I paid extra to have these amenities and I had no access to them because it was dirty
