No breakfast because staff had called out, but got 20% discount off stay.

I did not expect pool to be closed because originally did not mention anything about the property and maintenance of pool until day of stay.

just comfy room plenty of room and fridge and the hotel had a simple, just right restaurant.

the staff was incredibly helpful. anything I needed they were There to respond and apply appropriately. One of the best stays I’ve ever had. honestly wish I could have spend more time there and enjoyed all of the available amenities.

The bed and room was just ok holiday inn was cleaner and the room smell like smoke

the room was a bit dated. It had torn furniture and overall the room looked tired.There was a strange, damp smell in the elevator. The restaurant and bar were closed because it was a Sunday. This is unusual for a hotel, let alone an airport hotel.

The restaurant, the bed & pillows, the location, the value.

There seemed to be a bit of a disconnect with the staff... there was never any soap in the men's bathroom near the lobby & the toilets there were not clean. I told the front desk person & she didn't seem to care much about it.

They had a laundry place.

Receptions could be a little bit more polite.

We had a very unexpected stay here. The airport hotel where we had originally planned to stay had no power when we went to check in there. After waiting several hours, we decided we had to make alternative plans and were able to book last minute at this hotel. The rooms were great. The shuttle service was friendly and efficient for both airport drop off and pickup. Sleep-and-fly parking rate was very affordable, especially considering that everything was arranged last minute. They really came through for us!

yes we were a late arrival from Denver so I called ahead to let the staff know when we arrived at 145 am they couldn’t check us in till 230 cause they were doing an audit I guess. so then they booked us at a higher price and has evidently told Booking that we were a no show! not pleased so hopefully you can straighten this issue out!!
