Our room was large, clean and comfortable.

The hotel was not as nice as on a previous visit. It was too obvious to us that the management was taking nickle and dime efforts to improve their margin. Example: Although our room was sufficiently clean, house keeping was not working every day apparently due to low occupancy and this left piled rubbish near waste containers. The breakfast items had become noticeably more stingy, like no fresh fruits and aging prepackaged pastries. If they want to cut cost they could run one instead of two waffle irons during periods of low occupancy or usage.

Convenient location and it was being updated while we were there

Staff was overwhelmed at breakfast; ran out of coffee and food was slow to be replenished

I enjoyed my stay because they had breakfast and a pool for me and my kids to have a good time at.

I am upset because they kept parting my deposit and I don’t know why. I tried calling to find out and never was able to get ahold of anyone

Location was convenient for me. The issue when I arrived, host was not at counter, outside on phone and saw me arrive. He didnt get great me or explain he was the host. I rang bell, called Location and took about 30 to finally he comes in to check me in. Got to room and was finally greeted, by a bug. Otherwise an ok location, would not take my family there.
