Road noise was HORRIBLE. But not the fault of the facility

I liked the location and the staff was helpful .
The property didn’t match up with the views and how it appeared online. The room was not a true suite and it was very small in comparison to a true suite.

Great location: plenty to do in vicinity
Friendly staff: everyone we interacted with was A+
No complaints about the property itself, but we had loud neighbors that woke us a few times with their overnight conversations — but hey, that’s part of visiting a big(ger) city and staying at a hotel, versus staying using, say, AirBnB. All good!

Not enough towels and washcloths available. Room was for 6 and we only had 3 towels and wash cloths and multiple calls needed to get more.

The property is very clean and up to date. It is quiet and everything was in working order. Also, the location is wonderful! Close to everything!
The mattresses are thin. Not nearly as comfortable as I was expecting.

Great for ur money
Why is parking 29.00. Yes I was informed of it prior to booking so it’s not a surprise… but still why on earth do you charge people $29.00 to park , and they paid to stay at the hotel… not to mention the parking lot is shady, it claims to be key card accessible only but it’s not so walking thru it with kids at night can be scary cause anyone can get in… I would recommend more lighting as well as maybe a armed guard on duty. I meant with the 29.00 per day rate u can afford to hire someone

The property stayed clean, looked like the picture. The property was in a good location, restaurants and stores near by. Also the building see secure, you have to swipe to get in after a certain time.
Parking was expensive and if you come back late the lot is full. It should be parking no matter the time when your paying for a “parking pass”. Also I asked for extra towels ( they were provided) and they were stained and the stains didn’t look old. It was concerning and unsanitary linens should be checked before.

Smelled like marijuana. Had to have a person come up and spray our room and hallway with a deodorizer to block out the smell

Stained, dirty and very poor old worn couch. Bathroom wallpaper torn and popped from some type of damage. The picture frame in the bathroom had etched in the metal frame named and ? obscenity? The lobby looks nice but I would never go with my family again.

The location was fine. But that’s it.
The room was so awkward. We had a suite but, the tv was in pretty much the other room so we couldn’t even watch it.
The layout of the room was TERRIBLE. There was a huge wall that just butted out right in front of our bed. My mom kept bumping her knee on it….so annoying.
And not to mention there was an odd smell the whole time.
I could’ve went to a much nicer hotel for the same price, but this one had good reviews from what I thought. Must’ve been robot reviews.

Super friendly and professional staff, very thorough and helpful.
Cleanliness of the room could have been a bit better. When I was wiping down there was some dirty areas and also found a hair. There were two kitchen staff arguing around breakfast time one day. Disagreements happen, but it should have been handled in private instead of where customers can hear and see

It was super outdated and the windows are safety hazards we stayed on 6th floor and the window opens major safely issue I wouldn't stay here with children the toilet hardly flushed and the bathtub only let tout hot water

The bed was fantastic. Instant hot water in the shower.
Single coffee. No ice on my floor. The furniture needs cleaning. No maid service on Saturday. The daily rate was quoted as $119/night. Our first night was $169, the second was $149, only the final night was $119. Self parking should NEVER be $29 per night.
