Que hace más de 10 días q estuve allí y aún no me devuelven el depósito.

Room was nice and comfortable clean and tidy, television was intermittent at times

Bar staff were ignorant and often charged incorrectly

How convenient to downtown it really was!

Valet was very slow. Bathroom was small.

Location is nice for walking around.

Wifi is only free for members. Hot water stopped at some point.

We were there to visit the Italian Consulate. The hotel was very close and made walking to our appointments possible.

Friendlier staff at the hotel check in. I asked to speak to the Manager and was told the person I was speaking to was the manager. I tried to get help with my reservation by phone and was dealt with very rudely.

Poor service, no housekeeping despite requests, 2 hour wait for valet car retrieval!

Location , additionally, the hotel has the best room cleaning staff of all the Marriott Hotels I’ve been in, and believe me I have been using Marriott for More than 12 years. My congratulations 🎉 to the housekeeping room cleaning staff.

The bar staff wasn’t not cordial

Location! And one staff person, Devin, at check-in, was super-friendly, efficient and helpful!

Most of the staff were unresponsive and kind of haughty. Maybe they were understaffed, but that’s no excuse. I spent thousands on two rooms three days. No housekeeping. Bartender pretty much ignored me and my daughter. Waited two + hours for my car, and the valet stand guy wasn’t mean, but he refused to talk to any of us about the situation. I’m surprised there wasn’t a riot. Thanks to Marriott, I got home and missed getting to see my grandson. I don’t know how to make up for that. Shame on you, Marriott!
