The breakfast was rather disappointing. It felt very generic. Efficient in the sense of using paper cups, offering many items packaged but soulless.

proximity to office and restaurants

unclean, worn out, non functioning room equipment, items not replenished in room by staff during cleaning, beds are horribly uncomfortable, very loud environment, and when asking staff for assistance there was no follow up

The don´t have room service....Also, the first day i had an accident with a beverage and they didnt change the sheets the other day....I understand this rule of no changing sheets normally, but that´s basic clean service if something happens.

The staff was very friendly and it was convenient and easy to get to. Check out time is noon which allowed us to sleep in after a very long day of traveling and walking. Beds were comfy.

It costs extra to use wifi. That should be included in the cost of the room. You can go to Starbucks and log into the wifi for free, why shouldn't I be able to for $333/night room? It costs them nothing to allow people to use the internet that exists whether we're there or not. The bathroom door was a weird sliding stall door that didn't offer much privacy. It wouldn't stay on it's track either.
