Residence Inn Boston North Shore/Danvers

Breakfast was great

The bugs in my room and no one came to change the linen or empty the trash cans Waiting for my money to be put back on my charge card. Room was left clean! :)

My husband and I were in Boston to see BTS at Gillette Stadium and since most hotels closer to the stadium were jacked up prices, we were happy to make our reservation at the much more reasonably priced Residence Inn! It was a beautiful room with kitchen and a private BR with king size bed. The bathroom was gorgeous with a glass enclosed beautifully tiled shower. We would highly recommend the Residence Inn by Marriott to anyone who wants a 5 star hotel at 3 star prices. And btw, BTS were amazing! Wish we would have attended D1 as well as 2.

Nothing

When we checked in the person at the desk noticed I had a cane, our original room was on the 2 nd floor, he found us a room on the first floor which I was very happy about. I was so glad I didn't have to do the stairs.

Getting into the parking lot was a little difficult having to go through costco, which was also under construction. Also the bed was a little hard

The staff was pleasant

Room next to basketball court. Kids playing at 8 am. Pool loaded with loud teenagers until it closed. All night parties in a room or 2
