great location
the room was dirty, no toilet paper, the maid never came during the 3 days we were there, no towels, smelled like sewage

I have only 1 complaint, there was a light in the hall by the bathroom door that couldn't be turned completely off. I guess it was supposed to be a nightlight. I want it DARK when I sleep, not dimly lit. This thing cast a glow across half of the room..

Close to airport, nice clean room, big restaurant/bar area, very friendly front desk

The front desk help was awful at check in. I spoke with the manager the next morning to relay my concerns regarding the poor treatment at check in.

The heat wasn’t working well. There was a crack in the shower ceiling which made me fell uncomfortable. There was a mildew smell in the room. For the price it should have been better.

Nice Marriott for a hotel property.
The staff, Our flight was delayed and we missed the opportunity to pick up our rental car. I made a booking.com reservation and had a confirmation number. The night staff ignored my reservation and charged us a walk in rate. I have worked in hotels and I know that they could have honored my booking but chose not to. Then, the sent us to the very last room on the floor knowing we would only be there for 3 or 4 hours when "they were wide open with rooms". I asked to be moved closer to the elevator due to our early departure. The staff was very discourteous and apathetic to our circumstances. This was an error on Marriott but we as the guests were punished for that error. Bad form.

I was charged for my room even though it was pre paid and have not been able to resolve the issue.

No body wash in shower or conditioner. The toilet was had pee in it with lid down. Bowl was yellow. Corners of bathroom are unclean. Sorry, I notice.

Everything was nice and clean. Check in was very professional, very polite and upbeat with lots of smiles.
The toilet paper was not on the role. I actually had to search for part of the toilet paper roll. They forgot to put more towels in there then when I went down to let them know, they said they had plenty and we could pick them up after dinner. When we return to get the towels we could only get towels and they didn’t have any wash rags. Dinner was fabulous but unfortunately the service was slow.

No way to get to the cornhole boards for kids in a wheelchair and the lift for the pool didn't we work. Called 5he desk but Noone seemed to care

The staff apologized that our room had not been cleaned for 2 days.
Since there was a moose convention, our dinner there was ridiculous. Our appetizer, salad, entrees, & dessert were all brought out at the same time!

Bed was comfy, bedding was adequate
room booked vs room received- not what we ordered. The key never adequately worked, it was hit and miss., even for the gate to open to leave. Asked to change rooms, help was not graciously or generously given. Sad about customer service. It was disappointing in so many ways. We do not stay in hotels often, so look for a treat away from home.

The outside area was great after coming back from a concert.
We came back and had a couple drinks and appetizers in the restaurant.

When we got ready for bed there were no extra sheets, blankets or pillows for the pullout couch. We had to use some of the bedding from the king bed.

I waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle, before I realized I was at the wrong door 15. The terminal wasn't marked , so not a fault of yours, but needed better directions. I ended up taking a taxi.

They overbooked knowing that they didn't have rooms available between booking and Marietta still have not received my refund. You all are so quick to take someone's money but his hail getting it back and nor do you have any appease for customers or customer service
Overbooking while the lights are out a state of emergency and not able to get my refund back considering that you don't know my situation and what I'm going through your policy sucks you and your third party should be on the same page
