We were very happy with all aspects of our stay. The room was very complete with a true kitchen, sitting area, and all of the amenities. We loved the breakfast and the service. They even provided a shuttle into old town. We'd definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The free shuttle to nearby attractions was very helpful, easy to schedule, and the driver very courteous.

Very comfy beds, very clean, nice room set up; nice and patient night desk personnel.

Parking cost way too high ($40!), add 30% in taxes to base room rate and total one night cost is just too high; too many breakfast staff standing around, in the way and ready to pounce the second the clock hit closing time; breakfast hours should shift to 1/2 hour later during week (starts & ends too early), everyone rushed, surge of people last 10 minutes frantic and pushy; nice workout center but could use better machines (male-leaning machines, loads of free weights — a simple ab/sit up apparatus, arm or thigh abductor would be better, free weights in two rooms went ignored.

The breakfast various options were excellent. The location was close to shopping and the waterfront.

Wonderful 3-night stay. Smooth check-in and clean, comfortable spacious room. Breakfast was had a variety of items always and the area was clean and also lots of room to sit and eat. Has a shuttle to 1 mile from the hotel. Pick-up at the waterfront was quick and the bottle of water for the trip back to the hotel was a nice touch for a hot day. The outstanding factor for me was the quality of the staff. All from the front desk to breakfast to the shuttle were always warm, helpful, and efficient. They have a way of making you feel at home. Shout to my friends Tiffany and Mimi for their hospitality.

I'm thinking...... Still thinking.... Room view maybe but that did not affect my stay in the least.

The fact of having breakfast available made the start of the day very easy. Not having to look for a place to please all in the family was a big plus. The breakfast area was always clean and the staff was always attentive and very pleasing.

Location was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful and of great variety.

Things were a bit worn out. No exhaust in the bathroom . Parking was full and difficult especially for a handicap like myself and $40 was a bit steep

Facility was aged. Toilet broken and constantly had to shake to stop. Older HVAC system and problem with AC not working until maintenance fixed it. No pool and parking set up.
