I like the location, and the trundle bed under the couch.

The customer service was awkward and we had to come to the office to get enough towels for our whole group (booked 5 but only 3 towels). Also, there were lots of “rules” about room cleaning and house keeping. I can’t remember them all, but it was enough for them to give you a little printout when you stayed. Also, their “service fee” paid for us to use the pool and have continental breakfast?? It was just weirdly separated from the room fee, when literally every single hotel I have stayed at before just had this wrapped into the price, or just charge you morning of. Just charge people for breakfast or don’t…Plus, we paid this service fee, but couldn’t get the continental breakfast because we left too early in the morning. This would have been fine, but in the morning they let the pilots who were staying there (and up early) get the breakfast and no one else.

Beautiful and safe. Great location. Somehow this was the nicest AND the least expensive hotel I saw on Booking. It was an excellent choice for my trip, though I wish my trip could have been longer so I could have enjoyed the hotel more. And the bed was SO comfy!! Loved all the lighting and cooling in the room, and having a mini convenience shop was extremely useful.

The hot water in the shower ran out quickly and was left just kind of warm. Otherwise everything was great.

The pool, the hot breakfast, the secure entry, the parking was close, and the room was spacious! We booked a 2 bed suite w pull out bed and enjoyed it!

The pull out mattress was kinda thin, but we just used the couch cushions. Very comfy then.

if I were say something that I didn't like about the trip it would be the pillows.

Clean, room was spacious.

Breakfast wasn't good.

It was clean and open. One of our favorite discoveries was the two tvs. We never had that before and it was very useful even though we were there overnight.

I didn’t like that the pool was not cleaned and looked cloudy.

The property was in a great location not to far from airport, and downtown. It was very clean the only issue I had was a weird smell by the ice machine on my floor however once they was made aware the issue was addressed. The gym was clean as well as the pool. The pool is indoors so it was weather friendly and huge. If ever I’m in Nashville I will stay again.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel it was very nice and well kept.
