The front desk staff were not all that helpful the manager of the hotel on October 1 was very helpful. I thought I left a very expensive bottle of perfume in the room and even though she couldn’t find it, she did offer to reimburse me. Very gracious of her! Fortunately, I was able to find my perfume, so I immediately notified her and thanked her the next time I’m back in Nashville I will stay at your hotel again.

Almost everything - genuinely great and helpful Staff. Really clean and comfortable room. Lovely Staff on the Shuttle bus and only 10 mins from the airport.
The breakfast. This would have been a 10/10 - only the breakfast let it down. There was plenty of it and plenty of choice - but everything was highly processed, full of fructose/sugar and unhealthy. There were a few small oranges at the side, but they weren't very nice. Easily remedied with some fresh fruit (bananas, apples maybe) and sugar free or Greek yoghurt. That said, I would stay definitely stay there again because everything else was exceptional.

- it was a place to stay on short notice
- had to park in an overfill lot
- had two people working the front desk, but one of them kept making the other do the check-ins. This caused long wait times because they did not want to help. They didn't have an issue chatting with other people though.
