A Welcoming stay with a SMILE!!

I enjoyed the Breakfast, Those waffels are so HUGE! I only wanted 1/2 but I just couldn't resist. The room is nice especially having a Kitchen with everything you need, almost everything. The best was the BED! So Hevenly Soft, comfy, and cuddlesome didnt want to get up.. The best is checking in, once your in you dont want to leave that comfy bed..LoL Oh! and before I forget, The Staff is Sooooo Welcoming Always Smiling...That feels Great! To top it off! Even through out my stay they call me by my last name.. Wow! Even new staff members have such welcoming manners makes you want to stay here again... Thank You Residence Inn Staff!

Well, I dont like inconveniences for starters. There is no Jacuzzi ! And, Breakfast starts early 630-9:30..I would wish it starts like at 7:00-11:30am lol.. Just too early, I miss Breakfast at times when im sleeping comfy on my Heavenly bed...heee Heee!

Wonderful staff!

Great staff! I interacted with a few staff members during my check-in and check-out and the staff around the breakfast area and cleaning the room. All of them have been super helpful, smiling, friendly, and seemed truly happy to help me.

No readily available ice cube machine. You need to ask the staff for help. We needed it during the day but I'm sure at night it would have been more difficult to find someone. Having such machine either around the pool or even better one per build would have been great.

Staff was friendly, helpful.

Rooms were spacious, bed comfortable.

Breakfast was adequate but no better than that.Pool was advertised as"heated" but I didn't think so. Unfortunate there was no hot tub.

Beautiful balcony views.

Very nice property. My room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the golf course and mountains. Excellent breakfast in the morning.

Perfect for our needs

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable! It was conveniently located near Acrisure Arena. Lots of nearby stores and restaurants.

L o ved the property, froze our a.***** off and will demand a full refund

Excellent property, great location and nice room.

Our heat didn’t work, they had no maintenance on call and were fully booked (NY Eve). It was 66° in the room and they brought us 2 comforters. Totally unacceptable!

Just an ok place to stay, a little pricey

Easy parking. Quiet

Nothing I didn’t like, it was just ok. Breakfast was just ok, never had bacon, never seen hash browns, some kind of potato. No sausage. Have stayed at another hotel close to yours and their breakfast was a lot better. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived after check in time. Had to call them twice for toilet paper and towels and extra pillows, I guess they forgot. Sorry

Residence Inn Palm Desert was not worth the money.

The fire alarm was going off when we arrived at our room. There were large sprinkler leaks around the pool and near the common building. The room was outdated and could really use a renovation. Definitely disappointing for the high cost of this accommodation.

The staff was great. The maintenance man noticed the toilet was running slow and offered another room to me.

Geat locations hotel

Easy access to the property and a lot of parking space available right in front of the property rooms

Carpet inside the room wasn’t that clean, but the bed was clean

Pretty view with big room, but dirty!

Loved the view of golf course and sunset.

All the drawers were dirty in the kitchenette, and in the bedroom dresser inside, needed to be cleaned badly .

Mooie kamer, suite met balkon en keuken.

Ontbijt. 1e dag. Zondag. Het Hotel was volgeboekt, met ontbijt was alles al bijna op. Was geen nieuwe voorraad meer. 2e dag Doordat zondag alles op was, was er maandagochtend de helft ook niet. Waardeloos

Very good but wish the AC was stronger

It had everything we needed. They had free breakfast, a big fridge, a balcony, a kitchen, a comfy bed.

Unfortunately it was 100+ degrees and the AC took a long time to start getting cold so we were stuck in a hot room for about 3 hours

Very comfortable and pleasant

Lovely staff. Room was great, spacious, comfortable, clean, not noisy. It had a little kitchenette and big fridge. Swimming pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Very good value for money.

One pillow was a little yellow stained, water of swimming pool could be cleaner. Lighting in bathroom could be brighter.

For the price, everything was amazing! Apartments were really big and had everything you need! Beds were super comfortable! Hotel staff was lovely!

Pool wasn’t as great as expected and not as clean but still totally fine, can’t really complain!

Great stay like your own apartment.

Quiet, decent size and clean inside.

Only one thing: fridge was making noise ( Maybe making ice cubes ?) it was so loud and made me wake up a couple of times.

A minor issue with check in staff , check in time was 4pm and they did not have my room ready but was able to get checked in wiring 20 min .

They don't do room service everyday. It's done every other day. Plus they need more tools out by the pool
