Sonesta ES Suites Tempe

Easy check-in, competent, and friendly staff

A bit worn in some spots, but nothing I couldn’t overlook A bit more variety on the breakfast would be good, but I do understand. Also, they could use some more appliances. One bagel toaster for 20 people just won’t cut it. The pancake maker was broken the whole time we were there.

“This was honestly one of the best stays I’ve had, especially for the price. The suite had everything you could possibly need. It was extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the essentials. The lady at the reception was very professional, polite, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay here. If I come back to Phoenix, this will definitely be my first and only choice. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering staying here — don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it!”

Honestly, everything was great. The only minor issue was that the AC was set to 74°F and the temperature could not be adjusted. This was not a serious problem for me, but it would make the stay even better if guests were able to control the room temperature themselves. I want to emphasize that everything else was complete, comfortable, and excellent.”

The size of the room. And the pool was nice.

Not a very healthy selection. The protein on one day was spam. No fruit and a sign that limited you to only 1 yogurt.

nice building, liked the suite style👍

dirty sheets, dirty blankets, dirty towels, cigarettes holes in blanket and curtains, shower water was only hot , and there was a piece of glass on the carpet
