The staff was excellent! we arrived at 4:30 AM (our flight was delayed). I had called to let them know we would be late. Cameron had everything ready for us when we walked in. The room is decorated beautifully and the king sized bed was so comfortable. The thick curtains kept the room dark so we could sleep in. overall we were very happy we chose this hotel!

Was completely lied to about which room I got from the one that I booked. I booked a “King suite one bedroom with a balcony” and I was put in just a room with king bed. no suite, no bedroom, no balcony, and the lady at the front desk told me that it’s the exact room advertised through the booking app. the square footage was at least 250ft less than the one I booked. when I asked about it she told me that the app gave the wrong information but wouldn’t fix it or accommodate me for the room I really booked. also when asking for an extra key THE SAME STAFF MEMBER kept telling us there were no extra keys we could have. when she left the next member gave us the extra key to the room and said they had plenty of extra ones.
