Courtyard Tucson Airport

I’ve stayed there many times and it’s always excellent, everyone that works there is helpful, professional and cheerful! Rudy, the shuttle driver went over and above helping me with my luggage!

I like everything about the property, I will be back!

Nice place

The bathroom sink was dirty. It looked like it backed up and no one had cleaned it.

The staff were friendly. The shuttle driver on the way back to the airport was friendly and engaging. The breakfast was very expensive. However, it did tast good. The hours for the brekfast can be extended some.

The pictures on the website are very nice. When I arrived to the property I was offered a king room that I did pay an extra fee for the "king." The room was on the ground floor and it was dark and overlooking the parking lot. I was very dissapointed and it had the feel of a trailer, rather than a nice hotel. Compared to the beautiful pictures I was highly disappointed. I called the front desk right away and requested to be moved to a new room. The staff did accomodate me and moved me to a room with two queen beds, calling the new room an upgrade. Although the new room was on the third floor and did overlook the pool and was bright and airy. It was not an "upgrade" from a "king" room. The pictures on the website and the reality of the property have a serious disconnect. Furthermore, the property is a distance from downtown and Uber riged are on average $20 each way. This added on a few hundred dollars to our stay. I was dissapointed with this property. However, the staff were very nice, making the stay much better.

It was close to the airport for our very early flight departure in the morning.

Because it was so close to the airport, I felt like I was in some industrial area where there’s not much consideration given to whether the area is pretty or not. I also wasn’t crazy about our room being on the first floor, and when I looked out the window, I was looking at the cars immediately outside the window in the parking lot. If we had been there longer, I would’ve asked for a view with something prettier like the courtyard. That area looked very nice.
