The housekeeping staff is superb!establishment! The front desk is superb. The breakfast was great and they offered a turkey option every morning as well as egg white selection.

The gentleman at the front desk made an error in processing my stay. However, that turned into a real plus because the front desk handled it and corrected it. How you handle situations is the true test of an establisment!

There was nothing to not like everything was great.

Breakfast was great! The scenery was exceptional. Everything was right there. Rooms was updated and clean. Had no issues. Check in was quick smooth. I love it. Will be back soon.

Room was extremely clean, spacious and service was excellent. We also appreciated the late checkout.

Ice maker in freezer does not produce more than about 8 cubes in 24 hours. Needs ice machines on each floor. Just one. Really needs ice machines.

it is pet friendly. I like that we got studio type & was comfortable. The housekeeper Molina was nice & respectful. Across the street is Gaylord where I was booked by our corporate for the regional meeting (American Renal Associates). Overall, I had an amazing experience on both work & leisure.

There’s nothing me & family didn’t like. It’s clean, staff are nice.

The location was great.

The price was far out of line compared to what other hotels offered and the breakfast was the range breakfast you get at a 100 dollar a night hotel.
