I like the room and that it’s clean

The towels and sheets were past time for replacement.

Staff

Pool was a little dirty

It was clean and spacious.

Other residents were loud. Some people were talking outside our room.

Location and nightly pricing

They required a $50 deposit that was not listed under “Property Policies,” check out was 11AM not 12PM as advertised, the pool is only open until 12AM instead of 4AM as advertised, the remote was broken and made it very difficult to use the tv, the microwave had to be unplugged in order to open it because the lock button was broken and none of the number buttons worked (had to use the start button to add time), one of the sheets was still dirty like it hadn’t been changed from the previous tenant, the shower head and light in the bathroom were moldy, the AC couldn’t be adjusted from 70 degrees, and my least favorite part was the virtual check-in kiosk located in the lobby that doesn’t have AC. Since we were charged a deposit, we didn’t have the spare money to book a different place. Overall, you get what you pay for. I wasn’t expecting much from a place that’s $40/night.
