The pool was nice

The layout is nice. We actually sat outside one evening in the courtyard and it was pleasant. There was furniture outside but it wasn’t lounge furniture as shown in the marketing photos. The pool area was clean and well lit. The landscape was well maintained.

The property needs a renovation. Everything felt a little dingy and old. The room wasn’t very clean. There were cherry pits and stems on the floor which was gross. The keycard reader from the courtyard to the pool didn’t work which was frustrating to go around each time. The lobby furniture was old and seat fabrics were ripped - didn’t make you want to sit there.

refrigerator had to be turned on every day, no signs saying you had to. shower made weird sounds and water from the shower head wasn’t fitted properly. water was leaking from shower head. biggest concern is the elevator wasn’t working, my father can not go up stairs and the front desk wanted to put him on the second floor. I expressed my concerns, not only for my father but for the disabled. I would be more worried about getting patrons to their rooms then making sure everything else works.
