Paying for breakfast

Location was great for us.

We paid for breakfast but on Saturday morning after arriving late Friday night we were advised there was no breakfast and we could go and buy it somewhere else! They would not refund us either.

My booking had breakfast included. When my wife went down for coffee they said they don’t do that and charged her cash. I went down later to talk w manager and showed him the breakfast was included. He took care of that. When we went to breakfast the next day. They did not have breakfast or coffee.

The location is perfect and the security around the building was excellent

The bed was too soft, also would like breakfast to have more options, also need more than one elevator

I did not like anything about the room

The bathroom had a bad odor, I tried to clean it up and make it smell better but the smell was still there. The chair and ottoman in the room was really dirty, I would not sit on the chair or ottoman.

Ran out of towels and took the ones we had and didn’t replace them. I also had to pay for my breakfast. Can I at least get free coffee?

Crystal was exceptionally good at providing us with a room that was closer to the entrance. She was very patient and understanding of our needs. It was very busy at check-in and she did a exceptionally good job and handled irate customer with professional service.

Disappointed complimentary breakfast not offered as advertised. Maintenance staff responded immediately to address slow draining sink. Front desk staff accommodated our request for room change due to unable to close darkening drapes in first assigned. Front desk staff very professional and attentive to guest needs.

Had a cup of coffee and muffin. It was ok

Information atwhen i made reservation. I gave my Chime card yo make reservation then when iwhen i got to hotel they do not accept chime cards plus hotel wanted 100 dollar deposit on a card but they dont accept chime cards.I amost had a heart attach. Another guest had to put it on his card.and to top it all off the pool was closed. So i was so disappointed

Every member of staff I met was helpful and kind. The front desk was especially helpful and polite. If I needed to I'd stay here again.
