the beds and furniture were comfy

no hot breakfast, snacks and drinks were crazy expensive, pool room was cold and water not very warm and a lot of lint and hair floating in the pool it was gross

I enjoy coming to the hotel because it’s always clean m, quite and there’s has been no surprises.

The location of the hotel was fine. Lots of dining options available, as well as shopping options, if you are interested.

The fact that the business is in transition would have been nice to know. (Apparently Sonesta has taken over a former Marriot Courtyard property.) The employees that were on site were very nice, but did not inform us up front that they were extremely short staffed. We realize that most hotels no longer change sheets daily, but we were surprised when we returned to our room and found the used wet towels still there, the trash cans not emptied, nor the coffee replenished. We did receive towels and coffee when we went to the desk to ask for them, but it would have been nice to know when we checked in.

we always stayed at this location when we come to town since the Courtyard by Marriott started. This trip was awe full! the bathroom shower had black mold and the ceiling was chipped and had mold. We checked in on a Friday and was informed on Saturday morning that there was no housekeepers on duty. then we thought there was a continental breakfast, but there was none. had to pay fir everything even coffee.
