Firts day when we arrived the check in person offered half price for parking fee, in the end day charge me full price even for days when i was travelling for 4 x days! Just nothing happened as agreed! The hotel was dirty, laud people, smal ugly rooms! Charging everything upfront from my credit card! Never again! Highly NOT recogmended! Many nice other hotel in better location, better quality! Swimming pool not working etc!!!

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only odd thing is that the toilet was sideways in the bathroom. It didn't effect anything. It was just weird.

The location met out needs. The restaurant staff extremely friendly.

500 US dollars a night is extremely expensive for what is being offered. Breakfast not included, not even a bottle of water in the fridge. There is an awful smell in the lobby, some strong perfume hard to tolerate. We did stay at this hotel a few years ago and it was much better. Very disappointed now. Will not return.

Location close to Miami Port area, restaurants nearby, Whole Foods Market just next to the corner. Starbucks inside the hotel. Room size perfect, comfortable beds. Very friendly staff

Location . Shuttle service to the port , extremely pleasant and nice driver .

Rude and unhelpful staff . At check in the girl spoke so fast we had to ask her to repeat twice , she booked us for the shuttle for the next morning and told us we would need to take the 9 am for 10 30 arrival to port . We were staying 2 nights prior to cruise so we received a call asking us why we were not ready to take the shuttle ( a day early ?? ).Asking directions we got little assistance. On a 2 night stay no housekeeping. When we did mention it at check out they said “ we must have been busy the hotel is full “ The line for coffee in the morning was 25 mins . Not what we expected at that price point .

Food was good, though the restaurant on site was out of many items/ingredients for menu items. Hotel is close to the cruise port. Easy to get an uber/lift to the cruise port.
