Breakfast was good and satisfying. I am glad that you have drinking water available in the lobby. Accommodating staff. The hotel is easy to find and is near some attractions we want to see.

Breakfast was great. Did not need parking.

We used a third party van service to take us to the cruise port. Once we arrived at the cruise port, the driver told us his credit card machine didn't work and we would have to pay in cash. I usually don't carry any cash, Luckily I did have enough to pay it this time. I did not feel like the drive was being honest with us. He should have told us prior to taking us to the port.

room was good. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff did a great job!

When I checked out, an additional 100 charge was added to my account instead of a refund. When I inquired and showed the staff member the issue, they stated, " I will have to contact the accounting department as I don't know how to fix this." Apparently there was a glitch in the system and rather than tell me what the remedy would be, I was told I would have to wait 3-5 days to see what happens. I called at the 3 day mark and the staff members still would not help me. My friends had the same credit card and their accounts had already been fixed. I was told to contact the credit card company for remedy. It was still another three days before the actual room charge went through and another day for the 100 charge to go away.

You got a decent breakfast….checkin staff was nice

Terrible neighborhood, around the corner bums loitering the dirty streets, only one pizza restaurant but you had to pass the bums. You had to walk 15 minutes crossing busy streets to get the bus to midtown. No coffee offered in lobby only water. Two packets of terrible coffee in room. Minimum amount of towels and toilet paper, staff makes up room every other day. Quite a distance from cruise ships. Entrance on side street with heavy traffic.
