Super 8 by Wyndham Spokane/West

The receptionist was terrible. I had previously checked online to see if a room was available. It was. When I went into the lobby and asked for a room the receptionist said there were no rooms available. I said I just saw one available online. She said, I'm sorry we don't have any. So I left. Then when I went out to my car to leave I double checked and sure enough, there was still a room available. So I booked it online and went back in the lobby. I told her I booked a room online. Then they had trouble with their computer. After someone else came to help they gave me a room key. I looked at the first girl who said there was no room and I said 'So there is a room after all? Why didn't you at least tell me I could get the room if I booked online? She just looked at me with a dumb stare.

Staff and the area was great....Breakfast was good and pool was nice....

Didn't have anything to say...

Everything, especially, given my horrible experience at a hotel in Idaho Falls two days before booking this hotel

Clean facility

Location, which was hampered by construction, room was small, no place to hang a jacket, TV remote not programmed to TV. Hardly an open outlet for charging, had to move coffee machine because no outlet available...
