Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent.
Since it was busy time due to music festival in town, we did not get the room of our choice.

It was in a great location with plenty of food around us and the perfect distance from Zilker Park, also the price was fantastic for the size of room and bed we got. The breakfast was also fantastic!
A very small thing was I wish our room got a little colder, but that's just me wanting the room to be freezing.

The ladies that work during the day time are friendly and helpful. The proximity to the city, while still being outside of the high-traffic areas, makes it good for people who don't want to deal with crowds when returning to the hotel.
The night crew, the heavy set man in particular, was very rude to guests.
Both elevators stopped working so it was necessary to take the stairs.
A family was celebrating a birthday on the night we stayed so they had a large group of people show up and take over one side of the parking lot and they were being loud into the night.
