Great rooms, friendly staff, better than expected breakfast.

I want to say I traveled with my mother and two children 9 yes old.from NY I thought it was going to be difficult but the staff there were AMAZING!! GAIL, Neilish, and Steven went out of their way to help me in different situations . And so happy to do so. I felt safe sending the kids down to speak with staff if they wanted to get stuff at the shop. That was so important to me to feel comfortable with the kids in a nice environment and they nailed it in every way.. thanks to you guys you made our trip better honestly

The garbage was not picked up on a daily basis.

The room was spacious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only good things about this place was it was clean, had friendly staff, and it had a pool in general.

Where do I start? Free breakfast really caught my eye and was a big factor for our stay. However when we got our breakfast it was all prepackaged junk foods from a connivence store... using the pool and "fitness center" was a disaster as we had to book a time to use it and my wife and kid could not use it while I was in job training if we all wanted to go later in the day. 1 room, once a day, no exceptions. The fitness center was a joke. I'm a weight lifter and every hotel gym I've been to has had free weights. Not this one. Only treadmills so I didn't bother. The breakfast and facility reservations were extremely aggravating. I realize this is due to COVID-19, however I have stayed in many hotels since I started and they had no reservations for facilities and they had fresh hot cooked breakfast. Also we reserved a room with a queen bed and what we got was a Full size. We brought our 1 year old daughter and there was no crib option. No big deal. But there was no bath tub to bathe her, only a shower, and the room was not child safe at all! We had to constantly keep our daughter from sticking her fingers in the outlets and pulling cords. We also could have used a note pad, pen, and water bottles like every hotel provides but not this one! I wouldn't recommend staying here, there are many other hotels in Woburn, MA and I will be staying somewhere else next time.

The room was not deep cleaned. Some of the cooking pots had stains from the previous guests.

I liked the location, it is near to a target and to a mini mall with several restaurants and super market. The premises are modern and clean, the staff super friendly. I recommend this hotel specially if you travel with kids. Definitely if I travel again to there this hotel will be my first option to book.

Breakfast was ok but I think it can be improved, in terms to increase the options to choose.

A nice place to stay close but not at Logan. Much more affordable than the airport hotels but still kind of pricey.
