The front desk greeting from when we arrived to how they all embraced my special needs son was amazing! The room, pool, exercise room all too shelf.

Almost everywhere I stayed in a hotel had a wonderful continental breakfast. Here, too expensive for breakfast at $17.00 dollars and you don't have much of a choice, very disappointing. I never took my breakfast there and I went somewhere.

for the price of the rooms, breakfast should be included. Again the place is far from restaurants that offers breakfast, you have to walk.... and it was a cold morning.

Parking lot.

Morning turn over service! Night audit closed our folio and at 9:30am we were woken up by housekeeping knocking to clean the room. She stood in the hall as we scrambled to put our belongings together. I’ve never felt so rushed, 1.5hrs before checkout. It was uncouth. Room 712.

the pool & hot tub were dirty. Both need to be drained & clean, especially the hot tub.

Excellent food & service at breakfast. Special thanks to Caroline at the front desk. Upon arrival she accommodated our request for a room change to one with a better view. She was so nice about it and made the change immediately. She made a point to greet us coming & going. She also provided us with a complimentary breakfast. So thoughtful. She was a delight & is a tremendous asset to your organization.

room was clean and comfortable. on-site restaurant only open for dinner. but they did provide breakfast fruits and pastries for out meetings which were tasty and fresh

no microwave in room. if not going to have open restaurant for lunch a microwave would have been nice.

Comfortable bed, nice staff, convenient location. Hallways smelled clean and fresh, rather than musty like many hotels do.

The room was not clean. There was a damp towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, hair in the sink and shower, and almonds on the floor by the bed. My guess is that this is not typical for the hotel, though.
