Residence Inn by Marriott Santa Clarita Valencia

Nice places to stay with large family.

One of the afternoon ( on Saturday)front desk worker was not that helpful or friendly

Great Breakfast. Free coffee all day. Lovely pool and hot tub

Amenities were great! Included breakfast had a wide variety and the hot food changed daily. Proximity to service station and loads of dining options. A short drive to Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbour!

We were there 3 nights and we didnt have any house keeping.

Comforters were nice pillow cases and sheets scratchy. Kitchen not very clean. Location awful. Bottom floor when asked for high floor and view which was available. Got to room it was first floor no view next to exit stairs and back entrance. People coming and going slamming doors all hrs. Got no sleep at all. And we were staying here for husband's surgery. Not a good hotel to get any rest. Few weeks ago we stayed here and it was a very nice room but air conditioner on roof caught fire sprinklers came on. And we were told to find another hotel instead of just moving our room. Hampton inn very clean very soft sheets and very quiet and much better internet and cable doesn't shut off every few minutes.

Crunchy towels sheets dirty kitchen loud door from exit slamming all night.and very loud house keeping. Also said we would be in nice room with view. Totally lied to us.
