The concierge floor was awesome the room was immaculate

The pool was clean, and there was ample place for everyone to sit around the pool. The rooms were spacious.
The furniture has definitely seen better days. Most of it was either chipping or had chunks missing. The baseboards on the bed must have been held on by one screw. Our room was missing a clock, which held two USB plugs since there were only two near the bed.

Ceiling in room large crack with paint lose. Bathroom door old, chipping warped. Pool dirty and too cold. Dinner from Image restaurant fair.

Connecting rooms
Beds two small. Doubles not Queens. Hotel needs some updates. Bathroom handle was falling off..we fixed it. Lots of rust in bathroom
Got over charged for food delivery......was told no kids meals but after realizing there was a QR code to use it clearly says 5.00 kids meals.....boooooo

The location was convenient, and I'm familiar with the area.
The hotel is very outdated, and the $15 unchanged for the buffet breakfast on top of the room rate seems high for Rochester.

Convenient location
Pool was old and looked dirty, hot tub was not working, rooms extremely small, no microwave oven.
Waited for over 15 minutes at lounge for a beverage and again for a second one. Staff were so preoccupied with a few other guests to acknowledge and serve me I had to interrupt after others that came after me were served before me

Starting from the reception up to the room services are splendid. Keep it up.
- Up on booking, breakfast was informed to be served @ $14/head. But later, we found it to be served on menu basis. This seems to be a little misinformation to customers and disappointed us.

We asked for accommodations for 5 people and our room only provided for 4. My son slept on the floor

Went to hotel with bookings com reservation, the hotel cancelled my reservation as no room’s available struggled night to find another hotel

Our room was very quiet, which was amazing. The front desk staff were very kind and very patient with weary travelers.
Seemed like there were hairs where there shouldn’t have been, that did not belong to us. That was unfortunate.

No sofa bed in double queen rooms. We were 2 adults, 3 kids. The Search indicated this hotel as a good choice for our number. But that was a lie.
