The property itself is extremely close to the airport and the hotel staff are always accommodating and the main lobby area is well maintained.

The actual room was disappointing this time around. The bathroom was not that clean (dirt in the shower, Bobbie pins on the floor and the sink was stained) and the room itself had an awful egg smell. There were also several areas in the room that could use some TLC. It just doesn’t feel as elegant as it did before especially for the amount of money.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good but the staff at the restaurant were amazing!!

That I couldn't stay longer.

The ridiculous amount of parking. It also took almost a month to return the $100.00 for a card on file.

Everything!When I visit family in St.Louis The Renaissance will always be my 1st choice.The staff,facilities,availability of food and beverages onsite,the cleanliness and security of the hotel are unbeatable.Thank you and keep doing the great jobs you each are doing!

The beds and pillows were comfortable, and we loved the Aveda products.

Very small pool for size of hotel, small bathrooms, and no continental breakfast or complementary coffee in the morning.

Location and lobby facilities.

The bathroom needed to be updated and the door wouldn’t lock properly.

It was clean and nice looking the room Was always taking care of and the food was great.

After I paid what my reservation was I kept getting in necessary fees charged to my card there was a lot of confusion and I barley got a clear answer from any one. Parking was not included after paying so much money and there was no free parking so I had to pay for parking regardless.

The breakfast was very good and fresh. The service was prompt and polite.

The chair wasn't overly comfortable.

If I could give the cleaning staff a red zero I would!!! They did not clean my room for 2 days. Insane!!! Especially when we were gone literally all day and gave them ample time to clean the room. We were in for my mother in law funeral, who wants to be out all day with a draining situation as such and come back to a dirty room!!! Exhausting. And to top it off there was a bug crawling on the sheets. Guess because they were never changed.

The fact we paid 21 in our booking for breakfast however the older gentleman told us that wasn't possible. We went to waffle house next door.. They were great.

Excellent work on the part of the staff and food in your cafeteria. The room was excellent in roominess, the bed was comfortable,the bathroom was well organized and clean, and I was glad that you had a refrigerator and iron and ironing board. Good job on your hotel!!!

Your staff did such an excellent job in making our stay there so pleasant that I can’t think of anything more you can improve on. Great job by all the workers there including the ones who worked at cleaning the rooms.

Most everything was good to great.

The paid parking and "smart tickets" were terrible. The tickets didn't work at all. Paying for parking while literally staying in the hotel is total BS.
