Location, bistro bar to get coffee/food/a drink. The cafe bar/bistro was bright and comfortable with plenty of room

I didn't sign up for prepaid breakfast, that's ridiculous! They don't tell you what's on the menu,. The parking cost $10 a night, should be free with purchase of a room! The room was very nice and clean.
Should be free parking with purchase of room, not charge $10 a day. Prepay for breakfast? And not being told what's on the menu? Not for me! Even cheap hotels offer free breakfadt!

This hotel is a disgrace to the Marriott name. Ridiculously expensive, as they take advantage of the fact that it’s move-in week for IU students, but the hotel is an absolute piece of garbage. Popcorn ceilings, old disgusting carpets, musty rooms, bathrooms are in need of massive repair. What a ridiculous place. I will NEVER stay at this property again, so many better places in Bloomington including the Hyatt Place and Hilton Garden Inn for the same $$$.

Nice new facility. Close to downtown Bloomington.
When we book the hotel, says: free breakfast. But when we checked in, they only issued one breakfast voucher for one person a day. So we had paid for rest of families. And breakfast is not good.

No coffee in the lobby… a Starbucks/dinette (no free breakfast).. the prices were ridiculous. I paid $8.50 for a “yogurt parfait “ that had an inch of yogurt, some blueberries and walnuts. My husband had eggs and bacon for $12.50 that was very mediocre. The hotel itself was very nice, but for the $$ we spent for a room, I was disappointed in the expensive breakfast options, and coffee. We will not stay there again…

Staff was not very friendly when checking in. Had to pay $10 for parking and the parking lot looked less than secure. Just down the road from a park that did not look very safe.

Very close to campus. Room was spacious and comfortable
The hot tub was not working. water was hot but no rapid jet movement. Breakfast area was tremendously over priced.

Location was close to my daughter’s apartment
Property requires heavy maintenance. Closet runners had junk, didn’t close properly. The room door was faulty - didn’t open easily. The sofa bad was slacking.

Location was perfect. The annual conference I was attending was being held in the same building, otherwise I might choose another hotel next time.
Some of the furnishings were very nice, looked new. Others were dated and worn. Styles were mismatched, like I was staying in a storage room, lol.

Late dinner we got in the lobby cafe was microwaved frozen food - not too good.

"Breakfast" was the only downside - there was no breakfast. Only a Starbuck's outlet at which one had to wait 5-10 minutes for the barista to even make an appearance. At least you could offer complementary coffee. Instead, I had to pay almost four bucks for a small cup.
