original room was musty smelling, not clean and the door didn’t securely close. it was a handicapped room that we did not need. there was no bath mat and the floor was slippery. there was no working light in the kitchen area. after the second night, the staff moved us to a nice and functioning room.

The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The kids enjoyed it tremendously!! It was convenient to get to. They had a great time in the pool. This is a great plus. The staff was very helpful and sweet.

First, even though the room was paid through a third party, the front desk took a credit card for incidentals. It charged $320, which is a ridiculous amount. We were told that we would get our money back within a couple days. It should have been immediately given back at checkout. A week later we still have not had that money put back in our account. This is not normal. I have never had a "deposit" placed on my card for incidentals, and never heard of one that is so high. And you have held my money for a week. There was a large group staying at the hotel who had set up corn hole games in the parking lot outside our window, and they played until almost 10 o'clock one night. Our kids had trouble sleeping. Is this typically allowed in the parking lot at night?

Great breakfast.

No maid service. Hallways on main floor not cleaned. Room cleanliness was discusting prior to check-in.

I didn't even stay an hour. I walked into my room with my wife on our anniversary and a roach was on the carpet. The pool room had no towels, and my preference was to be on a higher floor which the guy at the desk said he saw but booked me a room on the first floor. The worst part is not getting a refund but going to the hampton inn right next door was worth it.

I liked the service

I didn’t have high expectations to begin with, but after paying $330 for one night, the Leben of quality was just extremely awful. The room stunk so bad I felt like wearing a mask. Humidity plus felt like someone had dogs.. the windows don’t open at all, so you’re just boiling in this smell.. there’s was only one person at reception, and they weren’t there the whole time. There was a decent wait to check in. Breakfast was pretty basic, don’t hope for anything healthy. In short, not what’s one expecting for such an outrageous price for this place.

Location was industrial and seemed a bit dangerous in the evening. The room was not very clean , loud air conditioning. Staff looked grumpy at times. Would not recommend for families only if you need to crash for the night.

i was slightly worried to stay here after reading some off putting reviews but the location was great for what we were doing, the staff was extremely nice and the bed was super comfortable. it was really quiet and we didn’t hear other guests after about maybe 8 or so. we both got a fantastic nights sleep.

the tv wasn’t working which isn’t a big deal but if you’re staying there long term I can see that being an issue. I believe I overheard someone at the front desk saying they were working on some power lines or something so that might be why the tv was acting up. I felt like the shower could have been much cleaner, I cleaned it up a bit before using. the room was extremely hot when we walked in. Didn’t take too long to cool down but was very odd to walk into a hotel room and have it be that hot, it’s normally the opposite. lastly the breakfast wasn’t all that great. the pancake machine was malfunctioning a bit and the pancakes came out half a foot long and an inch wide. the bread was really really stale too unfortunately. if breakfast isn’t a big deal to you it would be fine. i wanted to try to fill up as we were going on a long drive right after but definitely didn’t do that. We made no fuss about anything to staff as these things didn’t impact us that much since we were only here one night.
