It was clean, friendly staff and the area was nice. It was near the main attractions and plenty of places to eat.
Construction and the sound from the traffic on the interstate.

The location, we’ve stayed here several times because it offered shuttle service to the surrounding areas, mall & MD Live. We were very disappointed to learn shuttle service is no longer offered and walking is very dangerous due to the heavy mall traffic.
No longer any shuttle service, the property was very worn and outdated, the carpet in our unit was a dirty trip hazard. I understood during checkout that the property is being renovated from the top 5th floor down, our unit was on the first floor.

The staff was excellent 👌 kind and friendly 👏
The beds were awful 😖 my back is still killing me , i couldn't get comfortable, the pillow were to soft.. and our room had a spoiled smell to it.. almost like a molded smell. And should have more breakfast options
