Well, we got a room that had a balcony. The balcony door did not have a door handle for the back or front so we could lock the balcony door if a kid had stayed with us and climbed over the balcony and accidentally died because there was no handle on the door. There was foot prints in the bathtub, one of the bath soap spell from the wall. The mirrors were dirty. I even have pictures if you like them, and for what I paid for that place was dirty. The breakfast was horrible. If you could call that a breakfast with bananas and oranges put on a table that’s sad.

Convenient location around good food places

Terrible bed. Not comfortable at all. Looks nice on the outside but needs updates on the inside. Also had to kill a giant roach type bug in our room.

The room was ok. Bed was comfortable.

There’s not enough parking. The elevator doesn’t work all the time. There’s only 1 ice machine in the entire building. There were no options for breakfast. Even the restaurant in the hotel was closed. Saw dead bugs in the bathroom and we alerted staff. The staff said it was from us opening the sliding patio door, but seeing we never opened it at all we knew that wasn’t the case.

Hair in the tub, shower curtain & bathroom wall. A staff member that we couldn’t reach at the front desk after 10/15 mins calling & she rudely says she was there the entire time & didn’t hear any phone. She rudely asked me if I wanted to come to the front desk at 11:30 pm!?!?! All we wanted was a “wake up” call for a funeral service & she never put it through.

The location is great for what we needed.

It was dirty. The carpeting in our room and the hallways was filthy. I did not want to walk in our room with bare feet.
