the room layout was different and amenities in the room were good. breakfast was good.

The location is perfect for the stay however breakfast was ok.

Certain staff was very unprofessional and that's upsetting to me when I choose Springhill over any other hotel. It was the next best to home. And I was over charged for 2 nights and staff thinks it's funny to be frustrated about the situation. I won't stay to Sanford/Orlando Springhill ever again. In the process if trying to dispute being over charged.

i liked how comfortable the rooms are, the staff, and the ac.

the bathrooms were old and the tub is not that great

it was quiet and close to shopping / dining options.

the distance from the airport, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The room was very spacious and comfortable I booked last minute so I think that’s why it was a little more expensive and when I checked in the guy was super friendly. It was nice and quiet as well.
